Residence Assistant Application

Application
The RA selection process for spring term, summer term, and fall and winter semesters will begin in January and will continue until all positions are filled. Early application submission will receive first reviews. Applications can be submitted at any time, but positions fill quickly, limiting the number of openings for later submissions. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.

If you have any questions regarding the application process, please contact Single Student Housing at (801) 422-2643 or (801)422-4766.

Selection Process
  1. The Selection Committee for the applicant's preferred housing area will carefully review the completed application.
  2. Applicants selected for the interview will be contacted directly by the housing area Selection Committee. Every completed application is guaranteed a review, but due to the large number of applicants, it will not be possible to interview every applicant.
  3. Applicants selected for an interview should be notified "beginning the middle of January and continue until positions are filled.
  4. If applicant is selected, the Selection Committee will send a conditional offer notification within three weeks of interview
  5. All completed applications will be kept on file for any additional openings.
Please read through the RA Qualifications and Responsibilities before submitting your application
