Community
- Heritage Halls is for full-time day continuing students at Brigham Young University.
- A full-time day continuing student is a student taking at least 9 credit hours as undergraduate students or 2 credits as graduate students.
- During Spring and Summer Terms the credit requirement is 4 credits for undergraduate students and 2 credits for graduate students.
- Apartments are available for those who turned 19 prior to January 1, 2025 and returning tenants who have lived on-campus during the Fall and/or Winter semester of a previous academic year.
- Apartments are also available for students eligible for Single Housing.
- Tenants of Heritage Halls are expected to keep the honor code and maintain the standards of a gospel-centered community.

Shared Room
- Most apartments at Heritage Halls have three shared bedrooms with two bathrooms.
- There are a few two bedroom apartments with two shared bedrooms and one bathroom.
- Each tenant at Heritage Halls is provided with a bed, closet, desk, chair, and dresser drawers.
- Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, ironing board, dining table, dining chairs, and seating furniture.
- Rooms come without décor.

Single Room
- There are a few two bedroom apartments with two private rooms and one bathroom available.
- One of these private rooms is for the RA.
- Each tenant at Heritage Halls is provided with a bed, closet, desk, chair, and dresser drawers.
- Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, ironing board, dining table, dining chairs, and seating furniture.
- Rooms come without décor.

Floor Plan - Private Room
Services and Amenities
- Tenants of Heritage Halls are encouraged—but not required—to purchase from a wide variety of meal plans to accommodate their dining preferences.
- The Creamery on Ninth and the Creamery Outlet offer tenants a place to purchase groceries that is within easy walking distance.
- Meal plan Dining Dollars may be used at all BYU Creamery locations and all on-campus dining locations (excepting Campus Floral and concessions).
- Tenants of Heritage Halls share a kitchen among up to six tenants.
- Laundry facilities are available in each hall.
- A discounted rate is provided when paying with Cougar Cash.
- Off-site parking is available for tenants of Heritage Halls who register their vehicle with BYU, however, tenants should be aware that there is no on-site parking available at Heritage Halls.
- BYU discourages parking on neighboring residential streets because it causes congestion and inconvenience.

- Facilities include sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and large lawn areas.
- Rooms and pianos are provided in each building for music practice.
- An activity room with a large television is accessible on the first floor of each building for use by tenants.
- Smaller activity rooms are also available on the other floors, however, these activity rooms are not provided with a television.
- Games and sports equipment may be checked out at the front desk of each building.
- Pool, ping pong, and foosball tables are provided at the RHA Activity Space in the basement of 7 Heritage Halls.
- Rental payments include all utilities, wireless internet access, and Residence Life activities.
- For internet access, tenants provide their own compatible wireless router and connect it to a BYU network data jack in their apartment.
